Diversity

We want to get closer to our customers and meet their needs with the right products and services. And since our customers come from all cultures and backgrounds, we want our people to as well. We're totally committed to diversity in our workforce and equality for all, with support throughout the organisation from senior executive level down.

The importance of that commitment from the top isn't hard to see. Through executive sponsorship and the ongoing delivery of the equality and diversity strategy, the concepts themselves are becoming strongly embedded in our culture. Diversity and equality are increasingly viewed as business imperatives rather than business add-ons.

Under-represented groups of staff within Lloyds TSB have access to Employee Networks, run by volunteers and connecting people across grade, business unit and geographical boundaries. There are currently four:
