Who are we?
Welcome to the Retail division of Lloyds TSB. We provide a comprehensive range of banking solutions – from current accounts, savings and personal loans to credit cards and mortgages.

We provide these services in a range of ways; including our extensive network of local and high street branches. This branch network is what we call our Community Bank.

Our local and high street branches are the face of our bank so it is vital we have the right people in the right positions and that they are delivering the right service to our customers.

What is on offer?
As a part of our branch service and sales team, you would see the majority of our customers when they visit us. So it is up to you to make them feel valued; giving them the confidence to walk away and recommend us to their friends and family.

We have a fantastic range of career opportunities from Customer Service & Sales through to Mortgage Specialists, Branch Managers and Network Directors.

We’ve asked some of our new recruits to tell you about their experience of working with us – here’s what they had to say:

Allan Muirhead joined us as a Personal Banker in Edinburgh – one of our largest branches.

“There was a lot to learn when I first started! But even after just a few days into the training course I started to feel more confident. I have been promoted already, after exceeding my targets in my first quarter I successfully applied for a Personal Banking Manager role which will be a new challenge for me.”

Stephanie Ross is a Customer Assistant and currently works in one of our smaller branches.

“I am getting on really well, learning loads and I am never bored! I was really nervous at my interview but everyone has been really helpful so far and I’m looking forward to meeting my new line manager. I’d like to be a Personal Banker at some point in the future but I am still learning everything I need to be a Customer Assistant!”
